Unlike mat work, reformer Pilates allows you to do footwork on the bar which is essential in this day and age.
|Babies are allowed during Mum & Baby classes on Tuesdays. Kids are only allowed on Saturdays as long as someone is here to take full responsibility for the kid during the class. We are a family-oriented studio – if you have a problem, please feel free to approach us.|
