This class focuses on creating strong, toned and more visible Rectus Abdominis muscles – more commonly known as a “6-pack”.
The abdominal region is made up of several different muscles. Pilates works ‘core’ muscles deeper within the body, but the actual 6-pack that shows through is the Rectus Abdominis. This Hard Core Abs class provides a challenging 30 minutes concentrating on building and toning those outer visible abdominal muscles whilst working the internal core muscles also Bonus!Come and get the ripped TODAT!
Workout to the beat, setting the pace for a fun, intense cardio workout. Keeping you energised and motivated as you develop your own ‘hard core’ Abs!
