Candlelight Hatha Yoga

 

This class focuses mainly on mindfulness and breathing. In a practise similar to Hatha, however using FFY principles, poses are held for longer, promoting relief from muscle stiffness and pain.

With an added bonus of an extra 15 minutes, this class benefits from a deeper, longer relaxation period working towards not just better sleep and improved circulation, but overall better general health.
